Who we are

Recruitment Hub is built on more than a decade of sitting in the room — graduate hires through to senior leadership, across professional services, tax, sales and technical roles. Founded by Geoff Banks-Smith.

Candidates get LinkedIn, CVs, and video that matches the package — a better shot at getting interviews, then at converting them. Quick Prep is one practise sitting. Graduate Starter, Deep Dive, Showcase and Elite include a follow-up — that second recording is the one you send. Employers get Screen & Share: you keep the vacancy, we take the pile, you watch 15–20 minutes of video, then you only meet people you would put in front of a client. Flat fee when you already have applicants. Or a search when you need people found.

  Executive Assistant at Recruitment Hub, supporting the founder across the diary, inbox and day-to-day running of the business.

  Recruitment Hub helps candidates stand out in a competitive market, and helps hiring managers spend time on people who are actually a fit. I look after the operational side of that — booking discovery calls, coordinating candidate packages and employer campaigns, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

  I grew up and studied in London, then moved to Manchester in 2023. Before joining Recruitment Hub, I worked in office administration and as a PA, so I am used to busy calendars, client-facing work, and keeping a lot of moving parts in order.
