Candidate Coaching Terms

These terms apply when you book candidate services with Geoff Banks-Smith trading as Recruitment Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”). They are a consumer contract if you are buying as an individual. We provide career preparation: discovery calls, mock interviews, recorded Showcase interviews, CV rewrites, and LinkedIn profile work. The package you book is as described on the Pricing page at the time of booking.

We start with a conversation about the roles you want, then we tailor the work to that brief.

These services are not a work-finding service charged for obtaining employment. We do not charge candidates a fee for finding them a job. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or salary outcomes.

Free Discovery Call: £0.

Quick Prep: £49 (live mock, recording, feedback).

CV & LinkedIn only: £49.

Graduate Starter: £79 (mock interview support, CV and LinkedIn).

Deep Dive: £89 (extended mock, CV and LinkedIn, short email support).

Showcase Interview: £99 (role-specific recorded mock you own).

Elite: £149 (full package including Showcase recording).

Prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. There is no card checkout on this website.

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you have 14 days from booking to cancel for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you acknowledge that: (a) you may have to pay for work already done if you later cancel; and (b) once the service is fully performed you lose the unused cooling-off right for that booking.

To cancel, email enquiries@recruitmenthub.info or use the model form below. We will refund unused fees within 14 days using the original payment method.

If you miss a session without 24 hours’ notice, we may treat that session as delivered. We will reasonably reschedule once for genuine illness or emergency.

Mock and Showcase recordings are produced for you. You may keep them, watch them, and send them to employers.

We will not send your recording to an employer without your prior consent.

You are responsible for how you use the recording. Do not present it as a live interview with that employer if it is not.

You confirm that CVs, LinkedIn content and examples you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them. We may refuse to include claims we reasonably believe are false.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for failure to obtain an interview or a job, or for an employer’s hiring decision. Our total liability for a coaching booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may bring claims in their UK home courts.
