Employers

Get your time back. Skip the agency bill.

You post a role. Hundreds apply. First rounds eat the diary. Most were never a fit in the room.

Screen & Share is a modern way to hire. We empty the pile. You watch 15–20 minute videos. You only invite the people who can represent your brand. Flat £995. You keep the vacancy. You keep the time.

A percentage-of-salary fee makes sense when we have to find people who are not applying. It does not make sense when you already have the applications.

You cannot put a price on a hiring manager’s week. That is why this exists.

Compare the two services

Pick one. Screen & Share is a flat fee on a vacancy you already own. Placement search is a separate 12.5% search for people who are not applying. A Screen & Share hire does not add 12.5%.

Screen & Share

£995

per role

You keep the vacancy. We take the applications. You watch 15–20 minutes of video and only meet people you would put in front of a client. Flat £995 per role — not a percentage of salary — because you should not pay a search fee to empty a pile you already have.

  • Every application reviewed
  • 15–20 minute videos you can watch
  • You only spend time on people you would put in front of a client
  • Flat fee, not a percentage of salary

Screen & Share — 3 roles

£2,650

three live roles

Three live roles, one recruiter, one video process. The same shortlist you can actually watch — so three campaigns do not mean three times the first rounds.

  • Three Screen & Share campaigns
  • Same 15–20 minute video process
  • Single point of contact

Placement search

12.5%

of first-year remuneration

When the people you need are not in the application pile. We find them, speak to them first, and introduce a shortlist. 12.5% of first-year remuneration if you hire — confirmed in writing before anyone is introduced.

  • We source people you would not see on a job board
  • 12.5% of first-year remuneration if you hire
  • Fee confirmed in writing before introductions

Screen & Share

  1. 1

    You keep the vacancy

We sit in as the recruiter on that campaign so your team is not drowning in applications.

  2. 2

    We take the first rounds

People who look strong on paper often cannot represent your brand in the room. We run a 15–20 minute video interview, so you are not spending hours in first rounds that go nowhere.

  3. 3

    You watch, then decide

You get the recordings. Watch whether you would put that person in front of a client. Then invite only the ones who are.

Placement search

If the people you need are not applying, a pile-sift will not find them. We source, speak to them first, and introduce a shortlist. 12.5% of first-year remuneration if you hire.

  1. 1

    Brief the hire

Must-haves, market, and what a yes looks like — so we are not guessing.

  2. 2

    We find people

Sourcing, approach, and first conversations — so you are not starting from whoever applied.

  3. 3

    You hire

We introduce a shortlist. You decide who joins.

Questions

Screen & Share vs a recruitment agency?

They are different products. Screen & Share is for a vacancy you already own: we empty the pile and you watch 15–20 minute videos. £995 per role, flat. Hiring from that campaign does not trigger a 12.5% fee. Placement search is the other service — we find people who are not applying. That is 12.5% of first-year remuneration if you hire.

What is the fee?

Depends which service you buy. Screen & Share is £995 per role, or £2,650 for three. That is the whole fee — a hire from that campaign does not add 12.5%. Placement search is separate: 12.5% of first-year remuneration if you hire someone we introduced.

When do you start?

After written Terms of Business and a Commercial Schedule are in place. No introductions until then.

Before we start

No candidate introductions until Terms of Business and a Commercial Schedule are in place. Choose Screen & Share or placement search. They are separate — a Screen & Share hire does not add 12.5%.
