These terms govern use of recruitmenthub.info and any booking pages we operate. They are between you and Geoff Banks-Smith trading as Recruitment Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”), of 306 Block A, 2 Hulme Street, Salford, M5 4ZB. Contact: enquiries@recruitmenthub.info. We are not VAT registered. Effective 26 August 2026.

The site describes our services. It is not an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm a booking or both parties accept a Commercial Schedule.

Live jobs listed on the site are examples or live vacancies we are instructed on. Details can change. Contact us before relying on a listing.

You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that impairs the service, or submit false information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of CVs, profiles and other materials you send us.

Candidate coaching is governed by the Candidate Coaching Terms, which sit above these website terms for paid candidate work.

Employer work is governed by the Terms of Business and a signed Commercial Schedule, which sit above these website terms for paid employer work. No candidate introductions are made until those are accepted in writing.

Site content, branding and our templates belong to us. You may not copy them for a competing service.

You keep ownership of your CV, LinkedIn content and recordings we produce for you under the Coaching Terms. You grant us a licence to store and use them to deliver the service.

Nothing on the site is a guarantee of interviews, offers, hires, or salary outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experience.

The site is provided as described. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, data, or indirect loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability for site use is limited to £100.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also bring a claim in their UK home courts.
