IT Project Manager

£450–550/day

London — Hybrid · Contract

About the role

A six-month contract to lead a digital transformation programme inside an established London organisation. Hybrid working — typically two to three days on site. You will own delivery from plan through to go-live, working with IT, operations, and external vendors.

What you’ll do

• Run the programme plan, risks, budget, and stakeholder reporting
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers
• Chair steering updates and keep delivery honest
• Unblock issues before they hit the timeline
• Hand over a clean close-out pack at the end of the contract

What you’ll need

• Proven delivery of enterprise or transformation programmes
• Comfortable in a hybrid London environment
• Clear written and verbal stakeholder management
• PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent delivery method in practice, not just on paper

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or professional services
• Vendor / SI management on a live transformation

Package

• Inside IR35 to be confirmed on instruction
• Day rate £450–550 depending on experience
• Initial six months, extension possible
