About the role
A permanent Marketing Manager for a growing professional services firm in Birmingham. You will own brand, campaigns, and content — not just brief agencies. Office-based, with some flexibility once you are in.
What you’ll do
- Set and run the marketing plan across brand, digital, and events
- Build campaigns that generate qualified enquiry, not just reach
- Own the website, LinkedIn, and content calendar
- Brief and manage external specialists where needed
- Report simply on what is working and what is not
What you’ll need
- Hands-on marketing experience in B2B or professional services
- Able to write and brief — this is not a pure people-manager seat
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, and basic web analytics
- Based in or able to commute to Birmingham
Nice to have
- Experience in a consultancy or partnership environment
- Light design / CMS skills
Package
- Salary £40,000–£48,000
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
