About the role

A 360 recruitment seat with a specialist transport firm in Manchester. You will build a candidate pipeline, work live roles, and own the desk — not sit as a researcher on someone else’s billings.

What you’ll do

  • Source, qualify, and present candidates for live roles
  • Build and work a candidate pipeline, not just inbound CVs
  • Run first conversations and feedback with hiring managers
  • Keep the ATS clean and activity honest
  • Hit activity and placement targets agreed with the team

What you’ll need

  • Agency or in-house recruitment experience, including a 360 or 180 seat
  • Comfortable on the phone and on LinkedIn
  • Organised, competitive, and able to work a desk without being chased
  • Based in Manchester or able to be in the office regularly

Nice to have

  • Transport, logistics, or industrial hiring background
  • Existing candidate network you can work from day one

Package

  • Basic up to £35,000 plus commission
  • Uncapped bonus on placements
  • Office-based Manchester
